Accessibility & Reasonable Adjustments
We will make reasonable adjustments so that everyone can take part in mediation on an equal footing. There is no additional charge for doing so.
Adjustments we can make
- Accessible venues with step-free access, hearing loops and accessible facilities
- Remote or hybrid attendance where travelling is difficult
- Additional breaks, shorter sessions or a multi-session format
- Shuttle mediation so that parties need not meet face to face
- Documents in large print, plain English or alternative formats
- Interpreters, including British Sign Language, and support workers
- Support for participants with cognitive impairments, neurodivergence or mental health conditions
How to request an adjustment
Tell us as early as possible — ideally at the enquiry stage — by email to enquiries@promediate.co.uk or by telephone. We will discuss your needs in confidence and confirm the arrangements before the mediation.
