Our commitment

Our panel
Mediators are appointed to our panel on merit, against published criteria of training, experience and continuing professional development. We actively encourage applications from under-represented groups.
In the mediation room
Our mediators are trained to recognise power imbalance and to ensure that every participant has a fair opportunity to be heard. Discriminatory or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the mediation being terminated.
Monitoring
We monitor and review this policy annually and welcome feedback on how we can improve.
