What clients can expect
From first enquiry to signed agreement, without friction
You will speak to someone who understands the dispute at the first call. You will have names, dates and a fixed fee quickly. The mediator will have read the papers and spoken to each party before the day. On the day the process is calm, structured and confidential, and if terms are agreed they are recorded in writing before anyone leaves. If the matter does not settle, the mediator stays in contact afterwards.

Appointment
The parties agree the mediator and sign our standard mediation agreement.

Conclusion
Terms recorded in a binding written agreement, with follow-up if needed.
Most mediations are arranged within two to three weeks, and sooner where the matter is urgent.
Our philosophy
Mediation is about what works, not about who is right
A court decides who wins. Mediation asks a different question: what arrangement can both parties live with, and what does each side actually need in order to move on? That question is usually answerable long before a judgment would be.
Our mediators do not deliver verdicts or press parties into deals. They test each case privately and candidly, uncover the commercial or personal interests behind the stated positions, and help the parties build a solution that a court could never order — staged payments, continued trading, an apology, revised terms, a clean break.
Relationships are preserved where they can be, and ended constructively where they cannot. Either way the parties keep control of the outcome.
