ProMediate provides specialist mediation across a wide range of commercial, civil and workplace disputes, throughout England and Wales.
Disputes differ enormously in their subject matter. A construction final account, a shareholder fallout and a workplace grievance each have their own language, evidence and pressures.
The principles of effective mediation, however, remain the same: independence, confidentiality, practical problem-solving and commercial realism. Our role is to create the conditions in which people can look honestly at their position and reach an agreement they can live with.
