Start a Mediation
Take the first step towards resolving your dispute.
Making an enquiry is entirely without obligation. Tell us about the dispute and the parties, and we will check conflicts, availability and suitability before coming back to you.
Initial discussion
Every mediation begins with a conversation
Before any commitment is made, we will talk through the matter with you in confidence. During that initial discussion ProMediate will:
- Understand the dispute
- Carry out a conflict check
- Discuss whether mediation is suitable
- Explain the mediation process
- Provide an indication of costs
- Discuss timescales and availability
