Steven Petrie is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and Managing Partner of Ward Hadaway, a UK Top 100 law firm.
Steven has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and has worked in dispute resolution throughout his legal career. He has particular expertise in commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and debt recovery and brings substantial experience of complex commercial disputes to his mediation practice.
His mediation style is approachable, calm and pragmatic. He places particular emphasis on communication, active listening and helping parties identify the issues that genuinely matter to them so that they can explore realistic commercial solutions.
