Caroline Lowe

Biography

Caroline is a CEDR Accredited (Civil and Commercial) and SEN Mediator and is also a Registered Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council and the College of Mediators.

She is a highly qualified (LLB Hons and LLM Hons Master of Laws) and experienced lawyer who worked for national law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP in their litigation department, dealing with insurance and civil litigation matters. She also has extensive experience of commercial and contractual disputes, including building disputes, and carries out mediations in relation to property disputes and wills and probate issues.

Caroline worked for the Lawn Tennis Association for a number of years and has experience of working for a sporting governing body and with clubs in relation to facility projects, sponsorship and franchise agreements. She also has her own tennis business which she has franchised, and therefore considers she is in a unique position to understand the commercial pressures many of her clients face.

Caroline is highly regarded for her analytical and legal skills. She brings a sensitive, practical and commercial solution-focused approach to mediations, thinking outside the box and encouraging the parties to think in innovative ways, resulting in many disputes being resolved to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. She also has extensive experience of representing clients in mediations and therefore understands the stresses and pressures experienced by clients.
